    Well worth your time and money. The perfect size for portability.

    This book is a complete guide to definitions, process and methods of Lean as well as the rigor of Six Sigma that Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve and Control using specific tools to that evolve into a culture and way thinking that eliminates defects in a process, product or service. If you have something you want to accomplish at work and show specifically what improve (time, elimination of waste, productivity, or optimization) this your book.

    Good Information and Formula's

    I am currently studying lean manufacturing and six sigma for a possible new position within my company. The subject interests me and should be the new wave of business as we try to scale down expense and waste (muda). The book also has many formula's of which I can understand a little due to just taking a statistic's class. Good information in the book.

    Great reference tool

    Great reference for lean six sigma process. It is not meant to teach lean six sigma but provide a reference to review what is taught through better sources.
