A MUST READ BOOK FOR THE PILLSBURY DOUGHBOY COLLECTOR!
This is a nice book to learn about Pillsbury Doughboy collectibles. It includes a lot of the newer Danbury Mint collectibles as well as some of the older collectibles. It has a great section about Doughboy linens from the 90's that are now so hard to find. The pictures are beautiful. It's worth looking at even if you just want to look at the pictures. I find the book very informative. The only con I have with this book is that it did not include enough of the older collectibles such as Uncle Rollie and his Rolls Royce, Cupcake Bear, the early 60's dolls including the rag dolls and the Mattel doll that has a string to pull to hear him actually talk and the cake pans, coffee cups, and placemats from the 70's. I would also like to have seen some of the neat 80's items like the ... This is a nice book to learn about Pillsbury Doughboy collectibles. Also highly missed from the 80's ceramics are the doughboy potpourri burner and the mold that are neat and rare items. I would love to see a sequel to this book that would include a lot of the early collectibles and other missed items. I have one correction to page 34 regarding the first Pillsbury Doughboy cookie jar. It states that the authentic cookie jar is unmarked from 1973, however the unmarked ones were re-released in the 80's by Pillsbury and the original 1973 cookie jar actually has the date marked on the back on it. I highly recommend that you check out this book if you love the Pillsbury Doughboy!

Did not have the uncle Rolly car disappointed. Other then that it was great.

a great book
I like this book as it has lots of pictures and defines the items along with their current values. I bought this book to use as a reference and it is well worth the money as it lists in detail about the items along with the fair value of each item. I am very pleased with this purchase and would recomend this book to anyone who is looking for a guide.

Checklist for all collectors
I like how each item inside has a detail and estimated cost to compare when buying collectables to avoid getting ripped off. I have used to check off what i have and dates of purchase like a log. Now I know what to look for and whats not a pillsbury products
