Product is great quality and it preforming excellent thermally with a 9 5900x overclocked the coating on the radiator is no longer a finger print magnet and the overall look is more simple and fits in more builds with softer tubing and more modern look. One issue a user could have is there are no instructions in the box but they do have a QR code on the outside, the instructions could be more informative and show all compatible cpus. The mounting itself is straightforward and quick.

Not a fan of the proprietary fan argb connectors but at least they provide a daisy chain splitters that can go to a hub/controller. Easy install for first time for builder after I figured out the argb connectors

Does not quite fit the Corsair 5000D as I expected but I've made it work. Very powerful AIO. CPU attained 89C max when stress test.

I love it and it looks great on my build. I'd did come with a dent on the shipping box and box itself but I had great service and was told to contact immediately if the product ended up not working which I appreciated very much. It ended up being fully functional and I have had no problems with it in the month I've had It for. Great cooler and great service!

Didn't fit in my machine, so I tried to return it and was told I had to pay a shipping fee. I was taken aback and tried to resubmit my cancellation, but eBay told me the return case was closed. Thankfully, the person at the other end was courteous and accepted a return without a shipping fee, but things could have gone south very very easily.
As an occasional Amazon user, I would not recommend buying something on eBay unless you're confident in your purchase, or Amazon has a huge markup.

Condition of box and content in open box container. Received CPU cooler and all the mounts but was missing the CPU fans. Reached out to Artic about the issues and the contacted me promptly and resolved my issue by sending me the correct gear. Thank you for the help.
