    Great history of the war

    The book is very interesting. There’s plenty to learn from some who has not experienced helicopters in the viet nam war. The author tells the story from a soldiers point of view great job

    Hard to put down from page 1 on.

    The author lives in a town near my home, and I met him when he came to my house to pick up some Jeep tires. He told me of his experience in Viet Nam and that he had written a book called Xin Loi. I bought the book and was blown away. If you like war history, read this book.

    The book arrived in first class condition. I have read it and found to to be funny and a good read about a door gunner. I always wanted to do this job but would not extend as a LRRP Team Leader or back seat air observer for six months to get this job as the author did to be a door gunner. Many door gunners got multiple Air Medals. My one was enough. The price was reasonalbe but the mailing was outrageous.
