    Living With a Black Dog

    I bought this book because my husband suffers from severe depression. I thought it would be a little more informative than it was, but only because my husband is fairly good at verabilizing what he is feeling. It is a very quick read - it's like a children's book - and if your spouse, lover, friend, or child are not very good at telling you how they are feeling, this book would probably be a good thing for you to read in just a short while. My husband thought it was a good "in a nutshell" explanation of things people experience when dealing with depression. I mainly read things that he has already shared with me or I have witnessed and asked so many questions that I got the explanations.
