Product Information

Based on award-winning director Peter Jackson's big-budget remake of the landmark 1933 Cooper and Schoedsack film, this video game version of King Kong is designed to convey the action and excitement the massive monster inspires, as well as the poignancy and emotion of the melancholy "beauty and the beast" storyline. Gameplay comes in two styles: In control of the ambitious hero Jack Driscoll, players fight for their own survival from a first-person perspective; while in the empowering role of the mighty Kong himself, players have a third-person perspective that allows them to take in their surroundings, and take better control the massive ape in battle. Developed in conjunction with Jackson and his production company, the game also features scenes and locations not seen in the film.

    Peter Jacksons King Kong for XBOX

    My son loaded this game in his x box (old X-box black), and he has been playing it for a week ! He and I am so happy with this game ! It does have a lot of violence , but then again it is King Kong . He can play King Kong and break the jaws of the terrible lizards that try to feed on Anne ! My son has tried many Xbox games and I think he may be to young (8 yrs) to figure out what the game want's the player to do , or which path the player must go down ...Not So in this game, he found little to complain about and was imersed in the story . Sad though , we all know what has to happen to Kong in the end . It's Still kinda sad !

    Great Game Based on Movie

    This is a fun game for those that enjoyed the movie. The graphics are well detailed. By playing you gain points and can unlock special features, such as the movie's trailer. The levels take you through different scenes in the movie. To get the cheat option up on the main menu hold down r and l while you press the following buttons in order: down, x, up, y, down, down, up, up, then release l and r. There are several codes available. One is KKst0ry, which unlocks all levels.

    PETER JACKSON'S KING KONG (XBOX)

    I PICKED UP THIS GAME FOR $1 PLUS SHIPPING. SO WHEN YOU TAKE THAT INTO CONSIDERATION YOU REALLY CAN'T GO WRONG. IT IS LIKE YOU ARE RENTING THE GAME. IF YOU DON'T LIKE IT THAN SELL IT. ANYWAY PLAYS JUST LIKE THE MOVIE. GRAPHICS ARE REALLY GOOD. AT TIMES JACK BLACK'S VOICE CAN BE VERY ANNOYING. BUT OVERALL IT HAS A GOOD STORYLINE AND CHALLENGING BOSSES.

    King Kong Xbox Game

    When I purchased the King Kong Xbox game I was impressed with the price and thought that my grandchildren would like to play it. I was right, it is one of their favorites. I keep the Xbox here at my house and the game so I can watch them play. It was a good game for them to learn because they are young. I am very happy with my choice.

    King Kong xbox game

    I had bought this game for my son who absolutely loves it! He spends hours playing the game. Thanks a million for the game! It challenges him and he may get frustrated, but he keeps going. One of his favorite movies is King Kong, so, this game was right up his alley!
