Not sure what went on there but all sorted satisfactorily, good comms

Item was only sent out in original box with no protection inside. It did however survive the journey with a few battle scars to the box. If cheap enough I would use seller again.

However,their comms were good,and they refunded a £1 for a replacement nut. All in all they sorted it,hence a positive experience overall. thanks.
