    Great book for those who are interested in whole-hog cooking!

    This book has all the information you need to cook a whole hog. I especially like the section in the book that has detailed plans to make your own cement-block cooking pit. I already have acquired the cement-blocks, I just have to stack the blocks and get me a whole hog. :D

    Great book that outlines some of the history of NC BBQ. It even has how to information on how to do a whole hog yourself. Great book.
