Pictures in listing showed Computer Dock, AC Power Adapter and Thunderbolt (TB) Cable. I received half of the AC Adapter and no TB Cable. I contacted seller before posting feedback to verify/confirm which items are included in sale ad. Seller admitted in his reply that he forgot to post accurate pics of what is included in the sale. I offered a compromise to make the sale right and he made an absurd metaphor about not everything in pics is included. Seller ghosted me on communication afterwards.

LEARN TO READ, description states only dock and power adapter. And lying and sending misleading photos will not get you $12-$15 adjustment because you are trying to be cheap. You got a great deal for the dock so stop crying and if you were missing the power section that wouldve been your only issue and not harassing and making excuses for a free TB cable or adjustment. Be ware of buyer if you ever sell to this person.

All Metal construction, with more ports than you could ask for. Highly Recomended
Of all the Thunderbolt docks that i have used, this one the TS3 in particular is hands down the best one out there. its an all metal construction with some weight to it and the silicone feet hold it in place on your desk very well. I am using this product with a fiber optic thunderbolt cable and my PC is in another room of the house. every peripheral from my mouse, keyboard, DAC, sound system, dual monitors, all run through the dock without an issue. Just as you would expect from a company like CalDigit On a side note, updates are super easy, just download the update tool from their website and flash the dock. it takes a couple minutes and one reboot and your good to go. A MUST have for Macs with Thunderbolt 3 ports.
You pretty much need some kind of docking station to run the new Mac Book computers. Poor design with only Thunderbolt 3 ports requires some way to transition to your old peripherals or even using new ones. The ports become very sloppy in a short time with use so you're better off using them as little as possible and doing all of your connections through the robust docking station. If you're not familiar with this, you'll soon understand. I own more than one...You pretty much need some kind of docking station to run the new Mac Book computers. Perfect for macbook pro and dual monitors
Great deal. Very well please. Fast shipping too. Now my macbook has 2 4K monitors with no problems. FYI have to but the usb-c to hdmi dongle to achieve two screens depending on display type

Best computer dock on the market
Does everything except cook dinner, it’s so handy. If you need a port, chances are this thing has it. The only downside is that it’s relatively bulky. If you need something for everyday travels then there are more portable options.
