Product Information

There year is 1999 and blood and violence reign supreme on the boob tube. America's favorite game show is Smash T.V., and you (or you and a friend in simultaneous two-player action) are its biggest star. Armed with a machine gun, you must run for your life in a closed arena, blowing away baseball bat-wielding gangs, laser-firing orbs, exploding tin soldiers, and other killers bent on your destruction. Along the way you'll pick up prizes such as money and gold bricks -- be careful, though, they may sitting on top of a hidden land mine. <br><br>In addition to your machine gun, you will find other weapons including grenade launchers, photon guns, and missile launchers. These weapons are temporary and can only be used one at a time. At the end of each of the four rounds of play, a boss awaits. The bosses names are Mutoid Man, Scarface, Cobra Head, and The Game Show Host With The Most. Regular machine gun fire won't work on them, so you must use your special firepower. Watch your step because every move you make is being broadcast for the viewing pleasure of the entire world. Super Smash T.V. is a remake of the arcade hit, Smash T.V..

    Best verion and well worth 15 dollars

    If you don't already know Super Smash TV was an arcade game with dual joy sticks, one for moving and the other for shooting. There are multiple versions but the best one is the Super Nintendo version. Why? Because besides it having the best graphics and music, it also has the best control. While the other versions you can't shoot any way you want, instead you have to FACE the direction you want to shoot. That might seem like a minor issue, but for this game is will make the game two times harder than it already is. But the SNES (Super. nintendo) fixes this problem with it's four letter buttons. The d-pad is use tho move around while the letter buttons are used to shoot in eight directions. For example you can walk up while shooting down, or left, or right, or diagonaly.     Best version available.

    Super Smash TV on the Super Nintendo is a great port to the original arcade hit. The transfer from the arcade to home console is nearly 100% accurate. The game is challenging, even with the variety of weapons and power-ups to choose from, it still takes an experienced player to make the right split-second decisions. Overall, it's the best version of the game available, I would recommend it to any arcade fanatic.
