    Good game that one will remind you the 90ts era of video games Retro Frash

    well Very nice Retro Game for a game boy ! this one will remind you when you was a kid ! and the era of the games are really fun ! the era of Nintendo and Sega Wars ! consoles . most relevant Consoles of the 90ts before PS and PS2 ! is very good game and every SOnic fans i think must have it because this is when all begins whit the sonic games ! the one whit the Super Fast Speed ! and game boy makes something here very look like the same as Genesis version !

    Stay away from this Sonic

    The Genesis version of "Sonic The Hedgehog" is a timeless classic, which sported EXCELLENT controls, smooth gameplay, and catchy music. This Gameboy Advance port of it is... well... missing all of the above! The physics of the game has changed in it (you no longer bounce off of enemies after you kill them), the gameplay is VERY laggy with some huge slow downs! Turning off the music speeds up the game, but not to the point where it removes most of the lag. The music has the same notes from the Genesis, but it sounds very different. Like listening to an MIDI version of your favorite songs! It just isn't the same. Stay away from this port, get yourself Sonic Rush for the NDS or Sonic Advance 2 for the GBA if you need a Sonic game on the go. They are MUCH better!

    Sega has ruined the fast-paced classic

    Sonic the Hedgehog Genesis is a port of the classic Sonic the Hedgehog game to the Game Boy Advance. Sounds good, doesn't it? It would be... if it wasn't for the constant slow-downs and other glitches the original didn't have. GAMEPLAY: Basically its Sonic. It WOULD have been flawless if it wasn't for slow frame-rate and the lack to see where you are going at some points. The spin-dash isn't much of a treat as an "extra"- slow-downs doesn't help it. SOUND: Music and sound effects are alright. A little weird compared to the original though. GRAPHICS: Bright, colorful graphics and landscapes. Very nicely done and altered very little from the original Sonic the Hedgehog. REPLAY VALUE: Once you actually finish the game, trust me, you won't want to play another second of it. OVERALL: Do ...

    Sonic the Hedgehog Review (Sonouge)

    Sonic the Hedgehog has always been a good game to me, all the way from this old Sonic the Hedgehog, up to the new Sonic games. Matter of fact, I consider myself to be quite the Sonic Fan. So being able to go back to this game and bring it with me wherever I go makes it an even more convenient game to play, as well as amazing. Classic, Speedy, and Attitude, this game is amazing.
