  • Compelling and important

This is a fascinating book. Not only is it written in a incredibly compelling manner, but it also shines a light on some important constitutional matters, including what "inability" means in the author's view. I would recommend reading it in conjunction with the third edition of 'The Twenty-Fifth Amendment: Its Complete History and Applications' by John D Feerick.
