My first radiator was damaged by fed ex and was instantly refunded after I sent pics of damage. I was going to go elsewhere after receiving it damaged but they were so quick to respond to issue and gave quick answers and amazing service I would have been a fool not to go through them again. Just received second radiator and it’s perfect and great shape. (The damage wasn’t sellers fault at all)

The first radiator that I received, the box was open and some of the cooling fins were damaged. The vendor responded to my email messages the within a two hours of sending. The vendor shipped out a replacement radiator and I received it within 3 days. The replacement was delivered in a sealed box and the radiator was in pristine condition. That's how I found my package bended and they will not resolve nothing they ask me to get it installed but If it didn't worked I would get a refund so I had to worked twice
