Product Information

The long-running Bust-A-Move series pops onto another platform with Bust-A-Move Deluxe for PSP. Six new characters join Taito's classic dinosaurs Bob and Bub as they compete against one another in an assortment of game types. While the original game is still available, where players create color matches of three or more by launching single bubbles toward an arrangement of colored bubbles, a number of new twists have floated in. The biggest addition is the Ghost Mode, which challenges players to advance through spooky settings that alter the way the game is played. Seesaw, for example, has the playing field rocking back and forth as players try to clear the stage as quickly as possible. Blind replaces the colored bubbles with question marks, requiring trial and error methods to figure out which is which. Mix 'Em Up presents a continuously changing playing field that has the bubbles changing from one color to the next, while Running Launcher finds the bubble launcher automatically moving left and right. The game includes over 1000 puzzles to complete and wireless support for versus competition against a friend.

    Bust-A-Move Deluxe

    BUST A MOVE, TITLE THAT HAS BEEN ON THE MARKET FOR 10+ YEARS AND HAS A HISTORY EVEN LONGER. ITS A ALMOST ENDLESS PUZZLE, WHICH IS DESIGNED FOR ALL LEVELS. SOMETIMES SIMPLES OTHERS ANNOYING BUT NEVER IMPOSSIBLE.DIFFICULTY IS FOR ALL AGES. I HAVE PERSONALLY OWNED VARIATIONS OF THIS TITLE ON 3 CONSOLS. I LOST MY PS1 COPY WHICH I COULD NEVER FIND, BUT ONCE IT HIT PSP I HAD TO GET IT. I RECCOMEND THIS GAME IF YOU WANT TO PLAY FOR 5 MINUTES OR AN HOUR MUST HAVE.

    Bust-a-move Deluxe

    Really good game. Its fun. Kind of dissapointed it doesnt have the original bust a move theme song. But still a great game. Has lots of challenges. Will be spending lots of time playing this one.

    Hours of enjoyment!

    I have always liked puzzle games like Tetris and Bubble Popper so I was delighted to find Bust-A-Move Deluxe for the PSP. This game is great. There's no difficult controls to remember, and the game is very addicting! If you are looking for a game that is not too involved, yet can still occupy some of your free time this is the game for you. The object of the game is to get 3 bubbles in a row to eliminate that section from the board. The puzzles start out simple, and gradually get harder. I love the little power-up bubbles that allow you to eliminate whole colors on the board. This is the first Bust-A-Move game that I have ever played, and I can honestly say I wish I would have tried this series sooner! There are several different play types ranging from: Classic Puzzles, Ghost Puzzles, ...

    Bust-A-Move is hard to put down

    I will have to make this quick as I need to get back to playing the game. Once you start playing, it is hard to stop. Ok, the next time I lose the puzzle, I will stop...OK, next time...OK, next time. Shoot the balls up to make matching sets and watch them explode. Do it fast because you are on a clock. The faster you clear the puzzle, the higher your bonus will be. Don't miss on too many or the balls will drop below the line and you lose. Ok, one more time and that will be the last time. There are so many different puzzles and levels that if you do repeat one, you will not remember it. This game is really worth the money AND DID I MENTION; IT IS HARD TO STOP ONCE YOU START!!!

    Great game HORRIBLE music.

    Ok this is an awesome puzzle game and plays really well on the psp. The only problem is that it quite literally has the worst music in a game I've ever heard. Like this thing should win "worst videogame music of all time". Its short, its annoying, and its not appropriate to the game at all. I mean seriously, I turned on the game, up comes the title screen and the horrible music just screams at you. Now some puzzle games like tetris have 3 songs only but its awesome, sticks in your head and is completely appropriate. This game has at least 5 songs in it and they are all horrible. This is the first and probably only psp game I play muted. Also you can't even turn the music off in the games settings. Overall, great game, god awful music.
