Probably the size and feel of the packaged suggested cash within instead of pretty fabric. Very annoying. The seller was very kind to refund immediately. I’ve always found good fabrics and had excellent services. In spite of opportunistic evil doer postal thieves somewhere along the line, I recommend Platinum So and Sews as a store and will shop here again.
