Absolutely deplorable. Not only was the item defective and did not work at all, but even after I respectfully returned the item to the seller, they refused to issue a refund to me. People wonder why there is so much hostility in the world — it is because even when you try to be honest and integral, it is met with dishonesty and degenerate behavior. I'm sure the favor will be returned to the seller in the future.
