    Still a relevent board even today with both SATA and PATA interfaces

    If your thinking of getting a ASUS P5LD2-VM Motherboard be advised that there are at least 4 variations of this board 1.00, 1.02, 1.03G, 2.00G (G) standing for GREEN. The difference between the different board variations is what CPU it can take. For instance the 2.00G is the only board in the series that can run the Core 2 Duo. CPU support can be found on the ASUS Website. The board is a nice over clocking board and has been a popular board for running the older Intel CPU's P4, Celeron, Celeron D, Pentium D and Pentium Dual Core. The fastest 2 core CPU this board can run is the Pentium D 960(3.6GHz, 800 FSB, L2 4MB) on the 1.03G variation and 2.00G variation. Also be advised that no mater which board you get you may need to Flash the Bios. Flashing is done via a Flash Drive with Dos and ...

    Nice board

    Replaced a customer's board with this. Works OK, but had to use a Pentium 4 because it doesn't support dual-core CPUs.

    Bad CMOS

    There seems to be a problem with the CMOS, I have installed 3 new batteries and it loses the settings once it's unplugged. It could be damaged or some pins were moved before placing for sale.

    Great and honest buyer! Fast shipping!

    It's my error. I don't read the spec after purchase: i looking for a motherboard for my processor quad core, and the spec of that mbrd is rev 1.0, and the mbrd that support that processor is the rev 2.0 only one. But for the buyer everthing it's ok. EXCCELLENT for be honest absolutely. I shop to them again!
