  • Oblivion - Best 360 Game to Date

Welcome to another review of The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion for the Xbox 360. One of the only truly amazing titles exclusive to the 360 and PCs. This game is AMAZING!!! Never have I played an RPG that is free moving that has so many different options in the game. Truly this is the best game currently offered for the 360. But why?? Why is this game so good?? Well, to begin, you have COMPLETE control over what you want your character to look like. You choose from 7 different races as well as male or female. You can change each and every aspect of your character. Everything from weight, skin tone, scars, hair style, hair color, eye color, facial details, and expression. From there, you get to choose both the birth sign according to the game and the class of your character. The game has ...

  • this is the best game ever

Awsome game...i couldn't be happier with it..it has such a great story that has lots of twists and turns...and the graphics are unbelieveable...especially the daylight on the water. it is so realistic. and the fighting is very realistic ....don't keep reading this...go out and buy it ...you will not be disappointed in it...it will keep you busy for a very long time. make sure you get Morrowind game of the year edition if you didn't play that before Oblivion...Morrowind seems generic compared to Oblivion.....Bethesda has made the best series of games here with the Elder Scrolls series....Oblivion will knock your socks off...just make sure you have some time to check all the new drivers for your video card ..i've used Forceware Whql,Beta and Ultra, Ngo, Zeropoint, z-tweaked, Dna Force, ...

  • a prefect sequel to an original classic

The graphics are much, much better than Morrowind. Sound is just as good as Morrowind and the main theme is a tribute to the Morrowind main theme. There are a lot of voices in this game and it is possible to not have to read any of the conversions and just listen to the NPCs. You can thankfully skip over lines that you don't want to hear if you are a fast reader. Just like Morrowind you can also add new songs to the music folder if you want to use a custom soundtrack. Control is improved. Blocking is so much better that even if you aren't a warrior you can hold your own in melee against the common enemies. The new magic casting does take some getting used to and so does the unified menus. Controls do feel more like a console game and Oblivion's battles are a lot more action based than ...

  • Best RPG Ever Made for a PC

The video quality is based on the grade of video card you have. I have played it on an Nvidia 5600go laptop video card and graphics are ok. It will put a load on a system like that. But if you have say an ATI 2600 or Higher or a Nvidia 6200 or better then the video/graphics are stunning. With the video demands out of the way you can truly spend hour playing this game. Regular time from start to finish can be 200 hours of game play or more. With the PC version you can use the tilda "~" key to enter the cheat mode screen while in game play. Look to cheat site for the codes to use. This game has more codes than any other game I have ever played. The difference with the collector's edition from the regular is the bonus material that comes with the game. The making of DVD video, a replica ...

  • The best rpg that really isint a real rpg

You can follow the stoy line, or make your own path. You can be the hero or the villian. You can also spend hours just creating your character to your liking with over 50 adjustments you can make to your characters face alone. This is the most impressive graphics, and the cities just keep getting better as you play the game through 9 very different cities and hundreds of other caves, small towns, houses, ruines, and then there is also the oblivion world. You walk through the over two hundred portals to find a different world all together. If you like a suprise on how much time one can spend playing a game for fun, not just to say I beat the game, then this is well worth the money!!!(If you owned Morrowind Elder Scrolls III, youll love this)
