Shipping times are unpredictable, but I would rate them as average, and whether shipping costs are high or low is dependent on the need for the item, and in this sale, I would rate them as reasonable...the packaging was appropriate, and these little ladders made it across the USA in great shape. I was amazed that I could find what I was looking for at a very REASONABLE PRICE, and based on that, Black Forest Hobby, you're a GREAT SELLER!!!!!
