  • Gotta love the crackberry

Now that I have a Blackberry, I do not know how I ever survived without one. I can see now why it has earned the popular name of Crackberry. Here is my review for the Backberry Tour and I hope it helps! SCREEN: The screen is pretty amazing. It’s not a huge panel but the colors are rich and and text and graphics look as sharp as ever. Additionally it looks like there’s a harder plastic covering the LCD than there is on the Bold and 8900 and it feels solid. CALLING: Calls came through loud and clear, and callers can hear me perfectly on the other end. SPEAKER/SPEAKER PHONE: The speaker and speakerphone function on the Tour are good. You can really tell this was designed as a business device. There’s only one speaker on the left side since the 3.5mm headset jack is on the right. I ...

  • Blackberry Tour 9630 is a Great Phone

I have had my BlackBerry Tour for a year now, they were purchased from Verizon at a fair price. It has done wonderfully in most categories. Likes: The calls have been loud and clear with very little problem with dropped calls even in the outlying areas. The phone overall has held up well, the display has been great and no problems from any keys or buttons on the phone. The battery life has been good, it last for days though it depends on usage, far better than my previous smartphones. The internet browsing has work well, easy to navigate another functional component of this phone. The email and text features work well. Blackberry messenger is a nice utility with unlimited character length. All having a decent spell checker that I definitely need. The calendar is great, I live by my ...

  • Solid Blackberry that uses a trackball.

I was looking for a Blackberry device that has a nice look and wasn't to expensive. I used the phone for about 2 weeks. It is a great blackberry although it is one of the last models using the trackball. I am not a fan of the trackball but with this device, I had no problems with it but I still prefer the trackpad. Blackberry apps are still behind from Apple's Appstore but it had a lot of useful ones when I browsed through them. The new Blackberry OS gives the Blackberry more intuitive and easy feel of use. Didn't feel like I need to be a genius to figure out how to use the phone. Everything flowed nicely. The phone itself is appealing to the eye in my opinion. No downside really. Solid Blackberry device but if your willing to spend a little more then get a new Blackberry model. =]
