Works perfectly as advertised
I have a TubShroom in my tub and since then never have a clogged drain. It's been working perfectly as advertised. When I saw the SinkShroom, I knew I had to order it as well. The SinkShroom looks just like a smaller version of the TubShroom except for the two additional spacers under the top flange which create optimal clearance for drainage. It catches hair around its barrel just as well. It also does a good job of preventing small objects such as jewelry from falling into the drain by accident. Hair accumulated around the barrel can easily be removed by wiping it down with a paper towel. The only caveat is that most bathroom sinks have a built-in, pop-up stopper that needs to be removed before you can use the SinkShroom. This usually requires a bit of work under the sink. Genius
This thing is genius, haven’t used it long only about a week and so far so good. Wish it was more durable the one I have is a soft rubber and the bottom piece has already ripped. Think they also come in metal and will probably have to purchase a better one.

It works. Nice design.
Sinkshroom, grey color. I am surprised these aren’t more commonly found in stores or provided as an option with new sinks. Material feels like flexible silicone. Allows water to easily drain while catching large debris.

Sink shroom
I have a tub shroom and it catches the hair with no problem. I was so thrilled to have it, that I bought 2 sink shrooms for my house and 2 for my daughter. I was also afraid one of my pierced earrings would slide down the drain without my sink shroom in place. Now I have it all taken care of. Thanks, Sb
