I LOVE Flips. And love this MINO.
I got this camera for a song: just under $9 for a $200 camera. The seller thought it might be broken, but it was just an easy fix: a completely dead battery. The only problem with a MINO is that if the battery is completely exhausted, the camera will look dead even after it is plugged into a power source, sometimes for a few hours. Then when there's just enough charge in the battery, something will show up on the LCD screen. This marvelous little 8GB video camera will serve me well. I record a lot of live music (my own, my family's) and we use lots and lots of Flips. The sound quality in the later versions of Flips is exceptional (except in the 4-hour Flip Slide, which for some reason had a horrible microphone.) I love my Flips. I've only had one actually wear out (a U2120), and that was ... I got this camera for a song: just under $9 for a $200 camera. Now I have several 2-hour Flips - U32120, U1120, and a bunch of MINOs - simply because they're so handy and because I record all day every day sometimes, and often need to use the spares. Lots and lots of family events to record, and I do a lot of nature recording at my campsite and elsewhere, too. When you shop eBay and can get $200 cameras for under $35 you might as well have spares. If you just need something easy to operate and don't need to zoom very far (all Flips are close range) then get one of these. I guarantee you'll use it all the time. Turn it on, push the red button and you're recording in seconds. One of the best things about Flips is that the program allows you to extract stills from the video frames. I get a ton of great pictures from my Flip videos before I even edit the videos. My video editing is a little more involved, but you can do just fine with the Flip video editing program too, which installs on your computer as soon as you plug the camera in to your USB. I send these to YouTube and to Facebook often enough. Flips are worth their weight in gold. Especially if you luck out and get one "for a song" like I just did.

Great Camera
I purchased this camera with the intent of fixing it and reselling. I changed the battery and it works flawlessly! I have bought/sold many of these and personally use Flip cameras myself. I only buy those in excellent almost new condition. This camera met my high standards.

Great cheap hd camera amazed by the quality of the picture and build from this small device. Very easy to use very portable and the screen on the device is amazing quality very clear ! The con to this product is that it does not zoom in very close and close up shot and macro shots it does not focus.

Great camera HD quality, great value.
I bought this camera for our sons graduation from basic training.....it has been a great camera....battery life is at least 2 hours and the software makes it easy to use....it takes great movies during the day but at night it is a little grainy....overall we are more then satisfied with this product.....

Great little camera
Great little camera for recording social events as its size and mode of operation is very discreet, you can record without drawing too much attention to oneself as some subjects might object to being recorded when using a smartphone.
