    Another helpful, inspiring Tracy book

    This is the fourth Tracy book I've bought. I find his writing motivating and practical. I start doing helpful actions or stop (or reduce) doing hurtful ones every time I read a Tracy book.

    Flight Plan

    In the introduction of Flight Plan, the author relays that during the course of the average flight the plane will be off course for 99% of the time. The pilots are constantly doing course corrections and adapting as needed for the conditions so that the flight will make it safely to its destination on time. It’s a sobering fact that relates well to business. No matter how hard we try, we will find ourselves faced with challenges that need to be addressed. The longer we ignore or deny the problems, the more trouble that we make for ourselves in the end. Therefore, it is imperative that we are willing to admit our mistakes, make the appropriate course corrections, and keep our destination in focus. Flight Plan looks at the reality of business.
