    Switched to Chromebook

    I had previously purchased an Acer Chromebook from this vendor and was pleased with it. I am a retired Database Engineer and my wife saw that the Chromebook offers most of what she needs in a portable device so she asked for one for her birthday. This model (in white) features a touch screen that my wife enjoys and even with only 2gb of ram it's as fast as mine with 4gb. The keyboard has only 74 keys on this model so you'll need to use combination keystrokes to make up for the keys that are missing (use Ctrl + Alt + ? for an interactive pane showing these combinations). If you use or are familiar with Google's Chrome Browser then you already know the interface. You can't use apps like MS-Office but Google has basic versions of a word processor and spreadsheet and there are many third ...

    Great, fast and easy to use!

    Already had a Chromebook but wanted one with a touch screen. This is great, it's fast, has a start-up time of about 7 seconds, the touch screen is very responsive, has excellent sound for a notebook of it's size. This is my go to computer for web surfing. The only complaint that I would have is in a silent room you can here the fan.

    Reliable and Easy to use

    Great little chrome book. I just needed something bigger than a phone to type and watch videos when I’m traveling. Perfect for someone who doesn’t need all the bells and whistles. The battery lasts about 3-4 hours.

    Item as described. Quick shipping. A+ transaction.

    Pros: Very quick, nice display with good claity and vivid colors. Touch screen is great and very responsive. Excellent battey life. Cons: Keyboard is just OK and overall feel of machine is a bit plasticy, even toy like . The white color does not help. Overall: Given what the machine is designed to due, it's a good value and really fun to use, especially with the nice touch screen.
