Warman's Hotwheel Guide
The book has nice pictures, but does not have any different pictures of Honk Kong verses US castings which is important when it comes to old Redlines. It also has multiple pictures of cars from 1973 listed as different years. The 1973 cars were very different from the original line of cars. It is very important to show the correct pictures and discriptions of them. The values listed even though they are just a "GUIDE" are very high. The realistic values of some of the cars is about half of what the book says. It does not appear that the author has much correct knowledge of Hotwheels. The book is full of errors!!! Overall the book is not much use. If you want a good Redline book, get "The Ultimate Redline Guide". If you want a book on all other cars, get the Tomarts book. They are the only ... Great Little Pocket Guide For Hot Wheels
This book is a great resource if you are searching for vintage hot wheels cars and want to know the value quick! Not as detailed as the Tomart's Price Guide but is good for bringing with to trade shows, flea markets, or garage sales. In fact, I purchased more of the guides so I can get a better understanding of what to look for! This book has a great little quick reference index for finding cars quickly! Highly recommended book.This book is a great resource if you are searching for vintage hot wheels cars and want to know the value quick! Not as detailed as the Tomart's Price Guide but is good for bringing with to trade shows, flea markets, or garage sales. Very, Very Helpful.
The Hot Wheels field guide is great if your an avid collector or an appraiser. I'm an appraiser and I'm always on the hunt for vintage Hot Wheels cars. This can help the buyers from paying too much ,and can mean the difference between paying $200.00 for something that's only worth $20.00. It's just small enough for you to keep in your bag just incase you happen upon a thrift store, antique shop or yard or garage sale. This can also be helpfull to the Hot Wheels dealer or seller to keep you from either selling yourself short or charging too much.The Hot Wheels field guide is great if your an avid collector or an appraiser. "Hidden Money In Old Toys"
The Warman's Hot Wheels Field Guide is a great book to get an idea for how much your old Hot Wheels are worth. Vivid color pictures on just about every one of the 509 pages! Smaller than your average size book. Unfortunatly, the only prices they give are for mint packaged vehicles. All in all it's a great book...

When I saw the item advertised on ebay I was excited. I love Hot Wheels and I enjoy reading and learning all about the cars. This book was small enough to keep in my purse and carry around. It has a lot of helpful information about the cars, and their values. I would suggest purchasing this book to read and then to have around for others to read and enjoy.
