PLOT: new Department policy is touting their hiring of the FIRST "female" police inspector in the country~ and Harry is her 'very' UNWILLING new partner~ 1976 ~ THIRD of the Dirty Harry series~ Bradord Dillman and the Major of San Francisco crawl into THE "spotlight" by hiring the first full time police inspector in the country that is FEMALE~ Tyne Daly is GREAT ~ as Fran who has 9 years "experience in records"~ working very hard to gain Harry's confidence~ we see a hippi group~ steal high tech weapons including the BRAND new Stun Gun~ LOL~ and use them to kidnap the Major and hold him for "ransom"~ FUN HERE is watching Harry chase a bomber through China Town~ including dropping in on a Porn Studio~ LOL~ Daley is very good as the smart girl who just needs a chance to prove herself~ when ... Saddle up and hold on ! Harry is at it once again.
Dirty Harry is one of those series I really do love. A cop who believes in putting away the bad guys and letting justice prevail. Those were the days. Smooth lawyers could not save you from Harry when he knew you were guilty. A big gun for a big man because the criminals did not understand anything else. The action moves along and the plot is good. So saddle up and ride with Harry on another great adventure.Dirty Harry is one of those series I really do love. A cop who believes in putting away the bad guys and letting justice prevail. Those were the days. Smooth lawyers could not save you from Harry when he knew you were guilty. A big gun for a big man because the criminals did not understand anything else. The action moves along and the plot is good. So saddle up and ride with Harry on another great adventure.

What an excellent, well done movie staring Clint Eastwood as Dirty Harry and a young Tyne Daly. Have not seen this one in years and wanted to add it to my Diry Harry collection. No "High Tec" needed here to do the job (smart phones, laptops, ect...ect..). A great plot....I highly recommend this one!!!!!!
