    For me, I would reat this just average..but it may be good for YOU.

    I've only used it once and I have not used it since because I am horrible with adding multiple steps together to make a routine! Each movement is easy, it's putting it together! I do like the movie pauses to check heartrate and mine was always up and in range so the moves (that I did get) really are working! For me, I would rate this just average. I've tried Pregnancy Pilates and loved it and was challenged because of my own ability to do each excercise and not on coordination. There are other older DVD's out there (wish I could remember off hand the names) that are similar cardio workouts to this, but compile the steps in smaller "bites!"

    GREAT workout! Started at 23 wks pregnant.

    At first I thought I wouldn't get a good upper body workout with this being a "Buns of Steel" DVD, but after the first workout, I felt it working my arms, back and abs (as much as can be done while pregnant) as well. I tried a couple of other DVD's including a Pilates DVD, but I keep coming back to this one. It keeps a good flow of stages and really gets your heart pumping, yet is safe for pregnancy. I started this DVD at week 23 without any prior exercise. If was difficult to complete the full 40 minutes at first, but after a couple of days (only 3 times per week), I found the workout to be less strenuous. They separate it into four 10 minute sections, so until you are able to do the complete 40 minutes, you can choose which sections you'd like to complete and only do those. I highly ...

    Excellent pregnancy workout video!!

    I was looking for a good workout video to do on my own while pregnant, and that's exactly what I found. It provides a great workout to get my heart rate up and keep me fit while pregnant. Many of the exercises that my childbirth class suggests we do are incorporated in this video. It has also helped to keep me flexible. After I have my baby, I'll do the post-pregnancy portion of the video and I'm sure that will be very helpful, too.

    Worth the money..

    I bought this DVD and Leisa Hart's Prenatal Workout DVD. I prefer hers just because it is newer. This one was put on DVD in '04, but taped in 1994. If you can get past that, it is a good workout. I am in good shape and felt my workout the day after. If I had to pay $20 for it, I might not buy it, but for the price, it works.
