Great film, if you like David Lynch
This is hands down my favorite movie of all time, every time I watch it I'm surprised that I still get so blown away by it. That said, there's a huge caveat with all Lynch films and this one especially. It's weird, hella weird. Lara Dern starts playing 2 different characters, and they keep switching between each other and are shown without any time reference so you can't tell if she's one at a later time or the other at an earlier time. There's also a lot of random scenes that throw people off because they have characters discussing events, but you're not sure what the context is. David Lynch does this, I think, to elicit a feeling/emotion from you that he wants you to have going in to the next scene. That's why I like his movies, he controls the ... Great product but
Everything came quickly and efficiently. The only reason I am giving it 4 stars instead of 5 because you decided to block my father when he offered a bid instead of just declining- which I don't understand why when this is, in fact, a bidding website - I understand it might've been under what you were looking for but everyone does that. Anyways, he called me annoyed and I helped him order it through my user ID. He had no problem paying the initial price, just wanted to see how low he could go just like E V E R Y E-bay user. Great product, just remember there are human beings on the other side of the computer. Blocking is a childish act when someone isn't harassing or causing issues, Just say no next time, and maybe you'll get paid quicker. Everything came quickly and efficiently. All i can say is if your a David lynch fan you will love this movie and its imagery. If youve found yourself to be bored by Lynchian work than this will be a three hour snooze fest for you. If you have seen and enjoyed Eraserhead, lost highway, or even Twin peaks the return you will love this movie. Great style, very nightmarish, terrific performance by Laura Dern, all wrapped into one big enigma. All i can say is if your a David lynch fan you will love this movie and its imagery. wonderfully complex film, marvellously simple product
Inland Empire is David Lynch's best film, such a shame that a blu-ray is hard to come by. This is a great copy, film looks great. Subtitles are mostly correct but with a work of art like this film then they are best left off.

It's David Lynch, love it or leave it.
I was worried about the Chinese script on the box, but there is an English language option in the set up menu, and it plays in my BlueRay machine just fine.
