Inner thigh work: great addition!
Inner thighs. Much of this video focuses on inner thighs which many workouts mostly overlook. For that reason, and because Karen Voight is a first-rate teacher (prompts wonderfully, moves participants through moves smoothly and one after the other) this is a great video. I do find the pilates ring I have a bit bothersome at times to hold onto with legs -- however, that has nothing to do with the video. You do need a Pilates ring.Inner thighs. Effective dynamic routine that will definitely give you the results.
I am an intermediate level exercise enthusiast. I bought this product because I wanted to improve my posture and shrink my hips. I watched a short preview in the seller's listing and liked the new & dynamic pilates moves that I haven't seen in other programs like 10 mins & Denise Austin's pilates involving the ring. After going through the whole dvd, I can say that I will be coming back for more, it will be very effective based on the muscle soreness I got the next day--it was all in the right spots. I had never used add-ons in pilates except for weights, and wandered how I will like the ring--it's great! -- easy and makes you properly align the legs when doing the exercises. Plus Karen knows when to take it away so that you won't get bored. Pros: dynamic routine, easy to follow, the ring ... I am an intermediate level exercise enthusiast. Great Toning Workout
I love Karen Voight. This is one of my favorite workouts of hers. I would recommend it if you like Pilates or total body toning. You do need to get a Pilates ring to do this routine. It's worth it!

Total Body Training Pilates
I have always been a fan of Karen Voight, and I am really into pilates lately, so I thought I would give it a try. You must have a pilates ring which comes with this DVD if you order it from her website. This purchase did not come with the ring on Ebay. I just ordered a ring from Ebay and Im waiting for its arrival. Im sure it will be a great workout.
