Take the role of the beautiful, dangerous, genetically enhanced Max to serve a little justice to a forlorn, near-future world in James Cameron's Dark Angel. As in the speculative fiction action series on which the game is based (and which was dropped from Fox's Friday night lineup a season before the game's release), players enter a post-apocalyptic Seattle, WA, where high-tech science fiction gadgetry is juxtaposed with sordid, urban desperation. <br><br>Trusting few aside from her computer-genius companion Logan, Max must challenge the cruelly mercenary Manticore group to save other "super soldiers" who, like her, were engineered to be soulless, military machines. This game is not cutting edge by any means even for 2002 when it was made or even very challenging and can be repetitive at times because you do alot of the same things in each level and nothing new and challenging really happens except it gets harder to kill guards as you go and the bosses get tougher and max doesnt interact with most items around her.But on the good side max has some pretty cool moves and attack combos and matrix style slow motion moves which makes up for the rest of the game and the graphics are pretty good too.I also liked how jessica alba and michael weatherly provided the voice work for their characters and the game has the feel of the show and kinda makes you remember what a fun show it was and wish it wasnt cancelled after 2 seasons,and there is some extras like a ... Was one of my favorite PS2 game, love it when came out, paired my PS2 with HDMI converter and it’s just perfect. Game arrived well packed and early then expected.

James Cameron's Dark Angel, like it or don't like it. But if you like Jessica Alba? Then you're definitely going to like it ;) ...or not?
I think back and remember when Dark Angel used to come on TV and I just sat there undressing Jessica Alba with my eyes. So when the videogame came out, I didn't get it. I was obsessed with Lara Croft at the time, so... I missed out. And I know that when Dark Angel came out, Tomb Raider: The Angel of Darkness was out and that it sucked with all of it's bugs and defects, but hey, I liked it! So after so many years and getting over Jessica Alba breaking my heart. We can now just be friends and I can have her back and help her fight off a whole lot of enemies, who wish to do Max some harm. Like if they can! Especially with me playing her... Anyway, if you were once infatuated with Jessica Alba like I was and has gotten over it. Then this is your game!
