Packaged and Delivered as Promised
After close review of the series on national public television of "The National Parks: America's Best Idea" by Ken Burns we began checking local book stores and wholesale clubs. We found these DVD's at Sam's Club, but they were in Blue Ray format and would not play on our standard equipment. I decided to try E-bay for the purchase and was pleasantly delighted they had it AND at a better selling price than even the wholesale clubs. Our product was shipped as soon as our payment cleared all proper steps and we are enjoying our product. I would recommend searching for anything you need on E-bay first. Now! If I could just find that elusive affordable karaoke system I can use in the ministry. Experience American wonders beautifully presented
This series showed me wonders I will never see - heart warming stories, breath taking photography of places that make you feel you are there-or at the very least wish you were... I would highly recommend this series to those that want to remember where they visited but mostly to those that are unable to experience such wonders. Bears playing over again and sharing with others.

The National Parks is truly America's Best Idea--the way Burns and Duncan Present It
I think this is Ken Burns' best series and that is saying a lot because I love Ken Burns' approach to everything he does. Before watching the National Parks, I had never focused on his collaborator and writer Dayton Duncan, who is excellent.
