I messaged the seller, gave it 24 hours but no reply. They offer returns but that’s not possible with no communication and I’m not paying postage to return an item costing £5.79. I accept it was likely damaged in transit but the seller could have packed it better and the lack of response is disappointing. A great shame all round, my husband said the holder would have been ideal for his hobby plans.

They wanted to issue a refund & I asked them to re ship goods that I had paid for but refused & cancelled my order & made it look like I had cancelled the order! This wasn’t correct i assume they didnt want to receive a strike from EBay. I checked on ‘buy item again’ sure enough still listed but it’s almost tripled in price.
