I enjoyed movie,but then I'm A Trekkie
SiFi. forever,forward thinking. Loved it when the Orici,& the Ancient tangled. The feature-length film picks up where "Stargate SG-1," left off, thrusting the Stargate team – Daniel Jackson (Michael Shanks), Vala (Claudia Black), Teal'c (Christopher Judge), Sam (Amanda Tapping) and Cam (Ben Browder) – into their most exciting adventure yet. In search of an Ancient artifact they hope can defeat the oppressive Ori, the team learns that the Ori are set to launch a final assault on Earth and a double-crossing I.O. operative is aboard the Odyssey! The DVD includes a feature-length audio commentary with writer, director and producer Robert C. Cooper, actor Christopher Judge and director of photography, Peter Woeste. Hi all = Why did I decide to buy the Stargate, The Ark of Truth, if you are a Stargate lover or addict, like I am. This is a must for you, to help to try finish the Stargate SG1 series and the 10 Season.I am glad that they same out with the DVD movie the Ark of Truth as soon as they did and did not leave us hanging for a long time about the ORI ending. I hope to see more DVD movies like this of SG1. It is a very good thing that we still have Stargate Atlantis on going!!!!!!!!! This too is excellent series, possible it may be better series then SG1!! Ori Wowed, They nailed it and I bet Sci-fi is crying!
The effects were great the Ancients were just to close to being perfect to stop the Ori and so here we are with them millions of years later. There was never truth in Origin and therefore there was never truth in the Ori. This film covers so much space and time and just twists until you almost have no idea what you are going to see next. The action was great the acting was great the fact is that I can not explain much of anything without giving away the movie. The Ark of Truth (2008, DVD)
I enjoyed the movie, and found it to be a more satisfying ending than the last episode of Stargate SG-1 Season 10. However, I did find the plot to be a little weak. The special effects were good, but it just seemed to lack something. In the end, the movie did not live up to my anticipation.

Stargate: The Ark of Truth movie.
This movie is a must see for for any Stargate fan. It is well thought out story line that brings a final conclusion to the Ori story.
