We were messaging back and forth troubleshooting the situation. The last message I got from you said you would contact me after trying some thing. Never heard from you so i figured you got it working. The item was working at time of shipping as shown in ad pictures. So either the item was damaged in shipping or the buyer does not know how to work the item. this item is 40+ years old I don't expect everyone to know the details of this technology. Feel free to ask for more help

Review of Amazing Adventures Hidden Object
This is a really good starter game for timed object searches. The clarity is outstanding and the puzzles are fun but easy in my opinion. If you are a object search beginner or 12 or older I believe you'll enjoy it. This game can be tricky. For example, you may need to find 10 items in a particular area. Say I need to find a "bat". I should look for a flying mammal bat, or a baseball bat or the word BAT on a ship's hull or building wall. I would give it a school grade of B+. There's a HINT button if you get stuck but if you use the HINT button you lose 4,000 points. Earn 15,000 bonus points if you don't use the HINT and complete that screen's object search. I'm 56-YOA, thought it was fun and interesting, and will probably play this game again if I get snowed in soon or several ... This is a really good starter game for timed object searches. As usual, PopCap Games delivers another good game! In this particuliar game, you are seeking the whereabouts of the World Diamond. Some of the many locations you visit are England, Russia, Greece, India and Japan. In addition to finding your usual hidden objects, there are other objects you must find in order to open up the unlimited seek and find mode. The developers have also added another mode of play. Now, when you've unlocked the unlimited seek and find, there's a Spot the Differences game you can play also. No complex puzzle-solving skills are needed to play this game. It's well worth the money! Amazing Adventures Around The World
Tried this game for an hour and loved it. Enjoy hidden object games. A lot of the other games had other puzzles where you would get "stuck" and couldn't get out. Frustrating. Not this one! Also loved "The Lost Tomb"
