I don't always understand what God's doing and there are times I don't like it,
Mr. Dobson is lovingly & graciously to the point and covers all areas of unrealistic expectations, excuses, and fears! This book will help anyone, as Job & Jonah & myself, humbly go to their knees in gratitude and appreciation for the Lords love towards us.

I actually bought it for a friend who was going through tough times, remembered how it had helped me during the same. The friend loved it. It is principals which are truth from the Bible, skillfully conveyed by the wonderful Christian author, James Dobson. I would recommend this book to anyone who needs answers in tough times. The guy who sold it to me did a great job. I got it in early time and good shape.I actually bought it for a friend who was going through tough times, remembered how it had helped me during the same. A question answerer!
This book has touched so many lives that this is the third one I have gotten to share with friends and family. Finding good books on e-bay is a way I can afford to do that. I have had great success in finding copies of the quality and style of books many of my friends and family enjoy and hope to do so often in the future.

Customer Review: When God Doesn't Make Sense by James D
The book might help you, but it didn't help me. After my wife's second miscarriage in six months I was angry, and ready to give up on Christianity until my pastor recommended this book. When I went to buy it, I also bought Philip Yancy's "Disappointed with God." If you can imagine these books as conversations with the authors, Dobson was preaching to me from across a table, and Yancy was sitting next to me talking me through it. If it wasn't for Yancy I would have renounced Christianity. Obviously I recommend the Yancy book more.The book might help you, but it didn't help me.
