It is a great read and very positive. I loved it!
I've seen Mr. Maxwell speak and he is always inspiring. So I thought i would get a couple of his books. So glad I did, was very inspiring and positive.

Thought Provoking
I like the frankness of this book John is a powerful presentator and this book continues that trend. Some things seem like a repetition from other books I have read yet it expands my understanding of how the principles are to be applied. I bought this book as part of a determined effort to reach my full potential, develop the mind. It requires doing the exercises to get the maximum benefit and that usually gets me outside of the zone I have grown comfortable with - yet dislike so much. For those who do not believe that their problems are always someone else fault - take this up and begin the journey to fix you!I like the frankness of this book John is a powerful presentator and this book continues that trend. I own many books by John Maxwell, but this one is special. He reaches deep into the heart of leadership to bring out the best in a person.

I heard about the book from an interview with the author. Since I started using Ebay, I always check there first to purchase. The price was cheaper than other places I checked, therefore I bought it. Having read several of John Maxwell's books, I decided that this one sounded interesting enough to buy. His writings always provide a challenge in life, and this one about attitudes does the same.
