Days of Our Lives it's just like REAL life keep doing it right!
Being that major TV stations are cancelling the most watched TV in decades, I am afraid all will be gone eventually and didnt want to miss out on the history of Soaps. Whats great about this book is the information is short and sweet which bring back the memories, and the pictures are incredible. For 45 years you see the clothing changes, hair changes, relationshhip changes, and who's still together after all these years whether off or on, they are still showing romance. I was disappointed it got a little dark for awhile, but it seems they caught the clue, and bringing old players back, and family back to the screen. Soaps make us feel better than we do at home, and also give us ideas on what we could change at home as well. THE BEST HOURS on TV. I hope they utilize All My Children ... Bold and the beautiful just did it and it needs some tweaking but great choice for Rick (Young) who used to be on Days but a different actor. The Marlena and John story is odd right now, however I hope it shows what happened and how it plays out as John's flashbacks are WAY TO FAST, you can't even see what he remembers. anyway glad they are back as well as Austin & Carrie, Rafe is back and better than ever, but is losing front burner al little bit. So glad Madison is on the show. She can make herself any character that you can love her, or hater her, or love to hate her, because she is awesome.I can see her with Daniel, as I see Jennifer taking Jack back, BAD MOVE, or maybe he will move on and end up with Madison himself, as they both are go getters, and everything to both Jack and Madison is about the money and the "story" (journalist) and getting their names out there. Theres so much story with bringing Madison on the show. I just hope they can do the same with Marlena and John.Victor and MAggie are gr8 pairing they both deserve airtime, EJ Sami, and Nicole are awesome but why does Sami get the MOST time? Taylor was getting good especially with Brady, but Brady has to stop drinking, he was better. While going off the wagon for awhile after losing the love of his life, get it together already, and Melanie and Brady pairing? No way! She's too young for him. and you know Will is going to end up with Victors grandson. Now they have lost Chloe maybe to get Madison? Now Brady and Chloe should've hooked up and fought to get her son back. Vivian is leaving, WHY? She brings light to the show, spunk if you will. Abe, Roman and many others instead of Sami need more airtime as well, and hopefully iwth the MArlena and John story they will especially with the new election now Abe should get plenty with EJ. We don't want anymore Sami/EJ hour even though they are gr8 actors. The high teen actors should bring it on it's looking good, they are taking on REAL issues like sexual preferences, bullying, love triangles etc.. I just hope they don't use it for 5 seconds and say next storyline. After all that you can see why Days of Our lives has been on TV for over 45 years, they get that everything changes and you have to go along with those changes. As for ABC what a mistake taking One Life to Live away, they are teh same as Days dealing with REAL issues, it moved and didnt drag, I can see why All My Children is gone, it was all about take your shirt off and Erica Kane hour. But One Life come on! Stay ALIVE DAYS we love U!

I have been a Days fan almost my entire life...prob 60 yrs! This book is wonderful and beautifully written and photographed...giving one to my sister for her Birthday!

What can you say........it is DAYS OF OUR LIVES..... I have watched the show since the beginning... Great pictures of all the great events over the past 45 years, and pictures you have just never seen or were ever able to see this is a Wonderful book...

Buy this if you love Days
Love love love this book. Brings back so many memories of watching this show with my mom. The Horton's were like family. Beautiful pictures and loved the year by year storylines. So much I remembered.
