    IMO the best tablet ever made

    5 years old & will still give most tablets a run for their money. Solid build with plenty of power to do most things users do with tablets, media & light to moderate games. Great starter tablet for kids. Unlocked & rooted I've got Android 8.1 running on it without a flaw.

    Goes the distance!

    This one was a gift for my sister because I love mine so much. It is my favored appendage after work because I can game, keep current with family, check in on after hours projects, and work on content to upload with the camera.

    A great bargain!

    I purchased the Nexus 7 tablet gen 2 for use with my DJI drone controller. It works with the DJI software, and has a great battery life (so far). I do turn it off between flights, so maybe that makes the difference. I have no complaints.

    Extremely pleased.

    This was described as "very good", but the unit I got would have to be described as "Excellent", it's physically perfect. Battery life is seemingly like new. I got this to use for an offline-app GPS chart plotter on my sailboat, it's working perfectly. Using "MX Mariner" with downloaded NOAA charts (free), I have a nice GPS charting backup to my onboard Garmin unit that cost $45, plus $10 for the very robust "Poetic" bumper - skin sleeve.

    Awesome sauce

    This is the second ASUS Nexus 7 I've owned. The first one lasted 7 years and I only replaced it because after the 2 drops into the bathtub and one into the toilet and a couple of trips down the stairs, it finally gave up. It still worked, but with the cracked screen, it didn't work well enough anymore. I bought a used one in excellent condition for $50 and this time I got a case for it as well. This is a rugged, well-built, dependable tablet.
