  The watch arrived in great cosmetic condition. It had a mechanical issue of some sort though which is why I gave (4 stars). The company sent me a return label and sent the watch out to Cartier for maintenance. They had perfect communication throughout this process ( 5 stars). Service was much faster than I expected. They fully covered all associated charges! I would definitely do business with them again. Top notch as far as I'm concerned.

  This is my 2nd watch that I purchased from Watchbox, and I have to say that I am still impressed with their products (the watch looks new!) and their customer service. I received the watch and it was keeping good time (+2 to 4 seconds per day - well within COSC specifications). They shipped fast and packed my watch well (or maybe that was done by the authenticator?). Would HIGHLY recommend buying from these guys as they provide great products, competitive pricing, and great service.

  Excellent communications with the seller (Will H) all the way through purchase. The timepiece was thoroughly tracked from the seller to authentication to delivery. In less than 2 days, the timepiece arrived and was packaged securely against any damage. In addition, I received the box and associated papers and tags. I'm now wearing this beautiful work of art proudly. Thanks again to eBay and the 1916 Company.
