    A bargain price for a Palmcorder Multicam

    I bought this palmcorder few weeks back. It is much better than its predecessor models. It has a one touch navigational button especially for play, rewind mode, forward mode and stop. The battery is very much available and not as expensive, last longer and smaller size. It is very god that there is a slot for SD card where I can take some still photos if I want to. The onlything kind of missing is a built in LED lights and shud have also a built in lens cap or cover. Its a good bargain and especially that it works good.It is a friendly user multi palmcorder.

    cheap and good as a 2nd camera

    I bought this palmcorder ´cause I needed and exact second one for my 3D experiments, and so far it´s proved to be a very good camera, and I love the fact that it has a 24x optical zoom range which is a very big plus.The camera-recorder still let´s you take some average quality footage if you are not that serious about quality and being in mini DV format, you can easily transfer the video to a PC for further post production. I love shooting video as a hobby, so my needs are not demanding. On the cons side, being a fairly inexpensive camera, it lacks a microphone input jack and no external light source or good sensitivity to low light conditions, so don´t expect good quality video or performance in low-light situations.

    Great little camcorder from years ago

    I had to buy this to replace mine while trying to download old home movies onto my computer. The batteries do not stay charged long but this camera is old so it makes sense. It works great and I could definitely film with it, if I chose to.

    Entry Level - Bad Low Light Image Quality

    This camera is good only for people who will shot in DAYLIGHT or in very bright indoor environnement. I had a Canon ZR70 that I had to replace because it died! And I find the ergonomics of this Panasonic not very good. And "night" mode is not very good, like 2 frame/sec. which gives only a very blurry video not quite usable. For the rest, this camcorder works! I would not buy that camera knowing is limitations.

    Panasonic Palmcorder Multicam PV-GS19

    I bought three other cameras besides the one listed here. After getting the manuals off line and working with them for hours I found that none worked. Usually the seller's story was something like this: This camera belonged to my friend's dead husband or wife. Or this camcorder worked perfectly when I used it years ago. In other words, it does not work!- I always gave positive feedback. My advice is not to give positive feedback until you have tested the camera. Better yet, assume it doesn't work, until you tested it even if seller says it does. On Ebay, although there are some great buys, what you see is what you get.
