Product Information

As a sequel to the original survival horror game, Silent Hill 2 brings players back to the eerie town in a new story with several new characters. Players assume the role of James, who received a cryptic letter from his dead wife, instructing him to return to Silent Hill. Unable to resist the baffling occurrence, James returns to the mysterious town and becomes involved in a series of gruesome events. There will be many puzzles to solve using a variety of tools, along with over 10 disturbing monsters to battle with many new weapons (including a pistol and steel pipe). In addition, players will explore parts of the town that were closed off in the original game--dark deserted hospitals, eerie lakes, and creepy forests. The game is being hailed for its amazing features including incredible graphics, true-to-life computer generated visuals, dynamic camera effects, and beautifully rendered environments that add to the cinematic horror experience.     So surprised!!

    This manual came in almost mint condition, minus some water damage on the back few pages. It's honestly beautiful and better than what I expected. Can't wait to replay this amazing game with the manual to help me get new endings.

    Great Book

    This is a great book to own if you are stuck on the game! This guide has all the maps, strategy's and endings to help you! This is a great addition to the game but don't buy it unless you are really stuck because it will spoil all the hidden surprises that you encounter by playing it through by yourself in a darkened room.

    Awesome product, worth the buy at a decent price

    Using the strategy guide on downpour made the game a lot easier and less confusing to play so I've decided to buy silent hill 2 for the HD collection to help myself out, it's a very recommended product!

    AN ABSOLUTE MUST!

    An absolute MUST for anyone who wants to be able to get the most out of their game play. Great tips! I was stuck in part of the game for what seemed like an eternity... the book helped me get through it quick as a wink!
