I can really relate to this picture.
Not a whole lot of kissy face huggy bear going on in this one but hey isn't that just the way some couples really are? I can really relate to this picture because I watched my mother go through the same thing with my father after only 11 short years of marriage. I loved Ali and Ryan in this. Although the "love is never having to say you're sorry," line is really nothing but b.s. it did take off well with the "flower power" kids of that era. The tragic love story of all time.
I saw the movie when it originally went into theaters. It has a message in it that couples and/or groups can live by for a lifetime. "Love means never having to say 'I'm sorry'" has got to be one of the most basic, down to earth descriptions of a true love relationship that has ever been spoken. Not only does it relate in a marital relationship but, can be applied to any kind of relationship between family members, friends, life partners, business partners, you name it, it covers it. I've used the line, "Love means never having to say, 'I'm sorry'" frequently since I saw the movie so many years ago. Some of the "younger" generation had never heard it. So, for the younger members of my family too young to have seen it, I thought this old, classic movie sent a message that they could ... I saw the movie when it originally went into theaters. I absolutely loved it! It had been a while since I’ve seen it, so it was really great to find it on EBay! Especially at such a wonderful price! Thank you 🙏🏼😊

Other than the language, it is still a good movie to watch.
It is a nice love story except with the fowl language at times. I was hoping some one will sing the love story song, but there is only the lyric.
