Product Information

Samurai Shodown comes to the Xbox in this fifth installment, offering fans a host of new additions while holding fast to its roots. Of the new features, most notable is the inclusion of Xbox Live support, allowing gamers to test their swordsmanship and overall samurai abilities against friends. Players can choose from 26 characters, nine of which make their debut in this installment. Another enhancement is the ability to meditate during battle, which affects the player's stats while slowing down an opponent's attack. In addition, those who prefer bare-knuckles over hardened steel can throw down their weapons and fight unarmed.

    Such a fun game!

    While it doesn't really bring anything new to the table it does everything perfect that makes the franchise so good. Get the Street Fighter fight pad, trust me this games a great time.

    just more of the same

    There's not much to like or dislike about this entry. Cons: not much of progress in the graphics(then again it seems like all snk titles dont change), too much loading sequenses. Pros: Samurai Shodown on the xbox(finally), new tatical/strategy moves. If you're not a fan of SS then don't expect much from this classic 2d fighter. This is only for hardcore fans.

    Never receive it

    Never got the videogame i buyed, thats the sad thing, i really wanted o play this game because i cant find it where i live, hope this doesnt affect that they will not sell to mexico anymore, but for me i will never buy videogames unless i pay a dhl service so i can track my stuff i buyed.

    samurai showdown v

    The series has not changed for those interested in SS V. Nor has the technology used to make the long running title.Basic at best,everyone should do there research on this one and be sure you really want it.
