    Fall Out Boy

    The four members of Chicago's Fall Out Boy came together in suburban Wilmette around 2000. Vocalist/guitarist Patrick Stump, bassist Peter Wentz, drummer Andrew Hurley, and guitarist Joseph Trohman had all been in and out of various units connected to Chicago's underground hardcore scene. Most notably, Hurley drummed for Racetraitor, the furiously political metal-core outfit whose brief output was both a rallying point and sticking point within the hardcore community. As Fall Out Boy, the quartet used the unbridled intensity of hardcore as a foundation for melody-drenched pop-punk with a heavy debt to the emo scene. They debuted with a self-released demo in 2001, following it up in May 2002 with a split LP on Uprising that also featured Project Rocket. The band returned on the ...

    ATTENTION FALL OUT BOY FANS: buy this CD!

    Any fan of Fall Out Boy, or other similar bands such as the All American Rejects, Hawthorne Heights, and Panic! At the Disco, will absolutely LOVE this CD. The gripping lyrics come alive with Patrick Stump's amazing vocals, and the songs will be remembered for their catchy beats. At first I decided to buy this CD because I liked "Sugar, We're Going Down", but once I bought it, I was a hooked Fall Out Boy fan. I became addicted to songs like "A Little Less 16 Candles, A Little More Touch Me", "Sophomore Slump or Comeback of the Year", and "XO." Once you buy this CD, you'll never want to stop playing it. Each song has it's own style, while each is tied together with unique (and sometimes bizarre) lyrics.

    Favorite Fall out Boy album

    CD came in great condition, and great album. Brings back memories as I distinctively hearing the hit song "sugar, we're goin' down" in the car radio at 5 years old, the year the album came out.

    Excellent....Excellent

    First off I would like to say I am a fan of all types of music: hip-hop, country, r & b, and some rock... I saw these guys perform on one of the MTV Award shows 4 or 5 months ago, and thought holy sh*t, these guys are rockin it. So I went ahead and picked up the album, and I'm not going to lie, THIS IS BY FAR THE BEST CD I HAVE PURCHASED IN A LONG TIME!!!! I will even go as far as to say that it surpasses Green Day's American Idiot. I would love to elaborate on what my favorite tracks are, but the are all AWESOME! Song after song, YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED! I am definitely a fan, I am convinced that these guys are the real deal. I even went and picked up their older stuff, and I was pleasantly suprised that it is just as good! -wenzel-

    Fall Out Boy From Under the Cork Tree 2005

    I like all types of music, and honestly, the whole rock, alternative-style has not really impressed me lately. But this CD is GREAT - At first I just played a few songs that I liked, but the more I listened to the rest of the CD the more I realized that I liked the whole thing! WOW ~ A CD YOU CAN PLAY ALL THE WAY THROUGH AND ENJOY! Feel Good music - will make you feel happy!
