This Canon flash comes with a flash coverage angle which covers a 35 mm lens on the 35mm format to provide images with accuracy.     Iffy start but works very well.

    I bought this a while back but it was a purchase I’ve been needing to make for some time; though, once it got here, I was pretty excited. The exterior was nice and looked really good, some scratches but overall a very good quality. It fit perfectly fine to my set of cameras and had nonissue with it getting stuck or damaging whatever it attached to. So right out of the box, it was a pleasant welcome. I wanted to use it right away but there was a tad bit of battery acid I had to clean out which wasn’t too much of a hassle and something a simple clean-up couldn’t handle. Then just the simple boot up and testing. Initially it started to give off the scent of something burning and the recycle would take more than a few minutes to reset, so I let it sit out after the testing and waiting a ...

    Great for modern DSLR's

    I just picked up a new Canon 77D and was curious if my old 244T would work with it. So I pulled it out of the closet, through some batteries in, and low and behold, it worked, sort of. You need to take a few things into consideration. This flash was designed specifically for the Canon T50, so its auto functions will not work. You'll have to play around with the settings. Manual or program modes are the only way it will work properly, or you'll get whiteout. The camera does recognize that there is an external flash, so it won't allow you to set the shutter speed faster than 200, which is normal. Now your choice is how to set the flash with the ISO. I found that in program mode, If I set the flash to 400 and the ISO on the camera to 200 and play around with the exposure compensation ...

    Great product and very simple to use.

    Very compact and usable Canon flash, this is the second one i own, both work like brand new. It performs exceptionally well, and it maintains its battery life just as well. It does not give your camera that awkward top heavy feel and it looks stylish as well. I picked mine up for $20 with its case in mint condition.

    Awesome product for an older style flash. Sometimes, older is better!!

    First off, it arrived exactly as advertised. Looks like it had NEVER been used. Has worked fine from time battery put in. For an older type flash, I'm impressed that it isn't TOO bright when used. Recycle time excellent for a unit this age.
