À propos de ce produit

Product Information

Whether you are a beginner or have professional photography skills to show off, the Minolta AF 50mm f/1.4 APS-C style lens maximizes your capabilities and helps you build a useful equipment collection. These lenses work on all Minolta MAXXUM and Sony Alpha-mount model cameras. Intended for both 35mm film and full frame digital cameras, the Minolta AF 50mm lens is used with cropped frame cameras as well with great bokeh results. While the intended use of the device is as an auto focus (AF) lens, it is used as a manual focus lens as well. Combined with the many features that the lens comes equipped with, this is one of the most versatile lenses available on the market. A built-in telescoping hood prevents unnecessary flaring from occurring with both full frame and cropped frame pictures. This 50mm APS-C style lens filters out unwanted light and glare that has a major effect on the photo’s end results. Its design eliminates the need for carrying additional snap on model hoods from place to place. More importantly, the likelihood of not having the hood available when you need it is prevented. You still maintain the protection that lens hoods offer, preventing unwanted damage to the glass elements of the lens itself. Durability is an important aspect of the Minolta AF 50mm f/1.4 APS-C style lens. This device is constructed of a hard-plastic outer cover that has a rubberized bottom. The internal components of the device, including the focus helicoids, are crafted with durable metal material that provides the stability of the lens and maximizes its life. Weighing 8.3 ounces and measuring in at 2.5 inches by 1.5 inches, carry this lens with you in your Minolta or Sony Alpha camera bag with ease. Photos taken with the Minolta AF 50mm lens are very sharp when results are tested against similar quality lenses. The auto-focus capabilities of this full frame intended camera attachment are quick and accurate with every shot without fail. Test results have shown that when used on models such as the Sony A7 full frame camera, the use of the LA-EA4 adapter with the lens increases the speed and sharpness of the photographs that you capture, delivering great quality pictures every time. This Konica lens carries a macro rating of 1.5-feet, or .45 meters. Cameras equipped with these lenses capture photos with positive focus in as little as 1.5-feet. However, desired focus and sharpness is achieved at 5-feet. When tested with use on APS-C Minolta and Sony Alpha mount cameras, the Konica Minolta AF 50mm f/1.4 lens provides results that are similarly achieved with a lens featuring a focal length of a 75mm model. This device creates sharp images when used on angle shots or when an aperture ranging from f/1.4 to f/22 is desired. The aperture itself shows little to no distortion in the background of the pictures that are captured, giving a sharper result. When you are building your photography equipment collection for Sony Alpha or Minolta A-mount cameras, you can’t go wrong with the Minolta AF 55mm lens. As a full frame lens, this device shows little to no distortion for its bokeh results. The lens offers a focal aperture ratio from f/1.4 to f/22 without effecting the sharpness of the standard and larger sized photos you shoot, leaving great results with every shot.

  • Konica Minolta AF 50mm f/2.8 Macro Lens

I think this lens would be a "must have" for anyone who wants to do closeup photography. It focuses quietly, rapidly and smoothly. I bought it mainly to shoot plants and flowers. Then, thinking I had more urgent uses, I used it at home and took it to the bank to take pictures of my jewelery--something I should have done years ago to create a record of important pieces for the insurance company, police, whomever. I also tried it on coins, and stamps. I could not ask for clearer brighter, better pictures. Very impressive, indeed, without any computer enhancement. Both circle lens light and regular flash worked well with it. I used it on Minolta xi cameras. I can only imagine what it will do on Sony Alpha 350, 700 and 900, even 100 or 200. I am planning to find out soon. ...

  • 1984 (model 2562-600) A-Mount 50mm 1.4

Purchased in Mint condition. Plastic but sturdy build. Autofocus hunts in lowlight. Will plan to use in manual focus but serviceable in auto even though I would not recommend for a professional studio shoot. Nice hobby/pet project lens. Lightweight. Super sharp center mass at f1.4. Amazing colors and bokeh. Depth assist focus is a little unreliable with this lens. Continuous dmf is not an option at all. But if you’re like me and don’t care about that tech stuff this is an AMAZING lens especially for the price. Gives almost a film quality aesthetic. Definitely worth the purchase.

  • Execellant lens

Completes the span of lenses I need for what I do. The 28mm, 50mm fast, 50mm Macro & the 100-200mm zoom fills out camera bag without emptying the bank account. Totally compatible with my Sony A series digital body, the Minolta AF lenses all perform as expected. This f1.4 gave me the fast "normal" lens for most general use.
