Product Information

In Beach Head 2000, you're alone in a bunker, attempting to thwart an enemy infiltration with a variety of weapons at your disposal. As you defend the beach, the enemy swarms with APCs (armored personnel carriers), soldiers, troop choppers, transport barges, fighter jets, heavy bombers, and attack helicopters. Your armaments include a 30mm antiaircraft gun, a 76mm antitank gun, missiles, and as a last resort, a .45 caliber pistol.<br><br>The sounds of war pound your ears as incoming shells flay the beach, rounds scream overhead, jet fighters and bombers shatter the air with shrieking bombs and missiles, and artillery fire assails your position. A scoring system tracks the amount of damage your shields incur along with the amount of damage you inflict on various enemy units. Ammunition and missile count is monitored as you face wave after wave of the enemy in an unlimited number of ever-increasing difficulty levels. A supply plane will periodically replenish your arsenal.<br><br>The interface supports keyboard, mouse and joystick configurations, and customization options include adjustments to screen size and resolution detail. Photo-realistic graphics depict the enemy assault by land, air, and sea as you play from a first-person perspective.

    Beach Head 2000 works great on XP,VISTA,WIN7 great fps

    The game works great,its nice to have played a game that I played more than 10 years ago and the best part it worked great on XP,VISTA and WIN7. If you want a great fps this is the one.

    Repetative and Boring

    One of those mindless and repetative shooting games where the same enemies keep coming at you until you get tired and shut it off. Very bad game!!!

    Beach head 2000

    Have had some trouble with the code for the game it only lets me play the demo version i lost my zeal to play this game after the site would close the game after a few minutes of play not a good thing for me so i will see about buying some other game hope it will have all the papers with the game and then i can give a better rating for the site

    Game Won't work with Win 7

    Game won't work on Windows 7,Probably on XP or Win 98 only. I Had this game on a Previous Computer, I didn't think about compatability when I bought it.
