This is a great kids cooking book.
There are a lot of kid friendly recipes in this book, I purchased this book for my 15 yr old niece and she couldn't put it down. She has now tried almost half of the recipes since I have given it to her and she says most are pretty good. I also purchased this for my 4 year old daughter who is getting better about eating food but I thought this would help her to eat things that she might not normally eat plus I figured that she would at least try anything that she helped make. It worked. There are a few "weird" recipes in this book, things that I might not try but there are a lot that I would.There are a lot of kid friendly recipes in this book, I purchased this book for my 15 yr old niece and she couldn't put it down. Love Rachael Ray!
You will enjoy this cook book whether you are are a Rachael Ray fan or not. This is a great book for both adults and children. My daughter is just a beginner in cooking, and loves the easy to read recipes. If you have a picky eater this book might be helpful. This book has helped by daughter to try things that she might not have been interested in before. Lots of great recipes that I will continue to use.You will enjoy this cook book whether you are are a Rachael Ray fan or not. This is a great book for both adults and children. Cooking Rocks! by Rachael Ray
I bought it as a Christmas gift for my 10 year old nephew. When he opened it, Mom, Dad, and grandparents all grabbed the book to point out recipes to make. It was a great hit. It had kid friendly, easy to use recipes. The recipes use readily available ingredients which are also kid friendly. Most recipes are quick and easy to prepare with minimum preparation and minimum ingredients. I believe he will use this book now and for years to come, into his teen years, and save it for his children. It is timeless. Hands down it is the easiest, tastiest recipe book for kids I have seen. Good Ideas for Cooking with Kids
This is a good cookbook for kids with some cool recipes. This book has no pictures for any of the recipes... sometimes recipes sound so much better when you get to see what they look like and kids are very visual!!! Also, some of the recipes are the same just switching up the ingredients... Not very exciting when you are trying out new things... It is a good book though and we have had fun using it...This is a good cookbook for kids with some cool recipes. Cooking Rocks! by Rachael Ray
I LOVE this cookbook, designed for children, but full of great and easy recipes for everyone. I bought it because my 3-year old granddaughter will soon be a big sister. I'm planning to bring the book to her when her brother is born, to show her that she can get attention for the "big girl" things she can do. I'll have her put on a little apron, and get to work with me, making a special meal for mommy and daddy. I like that each recipe tells the child which parts of the recipe call for an adult to help. And Rachael gives a little bit of her own history in cooking. The book is fun to read, and will produce not only quite a variety of easy dishes, but LOADS OF MEMORIES!I LOVE this cookbook, designed for children, but full of great and easy recipes for everyone.
