Great Movie Done Locally Here in Ohio
I went to see this movie in the theater when it came out because it had been made locally and has a great message. "Old Fashioned" means waiting until marriage to begin your life together sexually. Because of the main characters checkered past he realizes he needs to change his ways, and does so. This looks kind of odd to his new friend, but later realizes it is the best for both of them. It is too bad this movie did not get critical acclaim as it should because it is one of the best movies out there, and all parents should get this movie and show it to their children to see how to best prepare for a relationship and future marriage.I went to see this movie in the theater when it came out because it had been made locally and has a great message. Slow start but very thought provoking!
Didn't know what to expect from this movie, but we were very pleased with the depth and message of it. It seemed to start slow, but as it progressed, you became aware that the slow start was part of getting the viewer to understand. I can appreciate the moral of this story. Not a family movie, as the theme has some adult topic that wouldn't fit kids, but maybe older teens. Thnks!

When God writes your love story... What a beautiful thought! Old Fashioned shows just a glimpse at how marvelous true love, which God created, really can be. I am a young single Christian trusting in God to make all things beautiful in his time and this movie enlightened my faith to build a relationship on the only firm and perfect foundation: The Lord God, Jesus Christ, and the Holy Spirit. Truly this movie shows how marvelous a relationship will be when the fruit of the spirit shines brightly in the center, (Love, Joy, Peace, Patience, Kindness, Goodness, Faithfulness, Gentleness, and Self-Control.) Great Movie
Really enjoyed it. Pure Flix has really been up on their game of producing excellent Christian based family friendly films, this one is no exception. Several scenes may not be appropriate for young children but still a lot better than prime time tv. Excellent movie for teens to show you don't have to live like everybody else.

Unlike Any Other Romance Movie You Have Ever Seen
This is a very intriguing, little known hidden gem of a film. Honestly I am not a fan of current films per se, but this is a wonderful exception. Engaging, novel idea of romance/dating against the grain of typical premarital physical involvement. The quirky, wonderful surprise ending is worth watching the film alone. Great background little-known music. Do I have your interest peaked yet??:-)This is a very intriguing, little known hidden gem of a film.
