Not a bold on but good product if you willing to work a bit
Good product. Nice sturdy, but has NO INSTRUCTIONS as if forcing you to go to a pro shop. So if you're looking for a easy bolt on product, you'll have to open your pocket book and keep looking elsewhere. I've installed quite a few things but couldn't figure where the 50 pieces go. So i let it sit for a month and finally decided to start looking around. Everyone online had same complaint of NO INSTRUCTIONS. Even the famed brand Bully selling these had NO INSTRUCTIONS. Finally i stumbled onto etrailer dot come who put up a video (THANK YOU) after one of their customers complained about it. The video is for a different truck but the application is the same. Enjoy the video here. Can't add video on reviews but go there and search Bully Black Bull Side Steps and you'll find the product and a ... Good product. failure to provide directions for installation
Based on the price ,product and the time frame I received the item, I feel it was a good deal. However there were no instructions and I googled installation unable to find any direction to assist. A simple youtube video linked to the product would have been great. I took the items to a shop and they were unable to figure out how the brackets worked on the steps. It is very discouraging to have a decent product that was unable to be installed. The small things a company fails to provide will make and brake a company. Based on the price ,product and the time frame I received the item, I feel it was a good deal. However there were no instructions and I googled installation unable to find any direction to assist. Worked on 99' f150 supercab
The steps fit and are very solid, but I did not use any of the included hardware. I had to dill all of the holes for mounting and use my own fasteners. I use self tapping bolts for the upper mounting holes on the brackets, it was the only way I could figure out how to mount them. As stated in several other reviews, no instructions included, just the 2 steps, some brackets that don't appear to match up to the steps and some bolts and screws.The steps fit and are very solid, but I did not use any of the included hardware. Very generic
Was hoping for a easy bolt on, this is not it. Came with no instructions and a bag of about 50 pieces, nuts, screws, bolts, washer you name it. Also came with two brackets I can't figure out what they go too, maybe the space shuttle?

A good solid universal step, but no instructions included
I was very happy with product quality. A solid pack of 2 steps for value price. Very good quality for price. The only concern is it is a universal step that allows install on many different pickups. There are different setups, and specific adapters for 4 different types of installs. The product was shipped without install instructions, and in the fine print it said “may not contain install instructions”. Description Suggested professional install install instead, probably for liability reasons. Imho Sending product without iinstall instructions is wrong. I was very happy with product quality.
